DFUMC MUSIC MINISTRY

Music is an integral part of Worship and Ministry at Dallas First. There are opportunities for Children to participate in music through the Children's Ministries, and for Youth and Adults through our 939 Praise Band and the Chancel Choir which sings at the 11:00 service. Additionally, opportunities are available for anyone to help provide special music through instrumental or vocal solos or ensembles at any of our services.

We also have a Handbell Choir that meets seasonally to provide special music. The Praise Band rehearses in the Family Life Center most Saturdays from 9:00 - 11:00 and on Sunday Mornings at 8:00 until time for the 939 Service. The Chancel Choir rehearses in the Choir room behind the Sanctuary on Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 8:30.
